Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at donswim without creating an account.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the sign in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

Which size should I choose?

Please visit out size guide chart [here] for all of our measurements. You can also find sizing and fit guides within each product.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available.

What payment methods does donswim accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and payments via Paypal and Afterpay. 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at donswim?

At donswim, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

We offer free express shipping within Australia. International Shipping is $20.00. We ship as fast as we can and you should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days depending on your location within Australia. Overseas orders are shipped within 1 - 2 working days.

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards online.

Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?

We have created our tops and bottoms to be worn together (all the best things come in a pair!), so we prefer to sell them as full sets. However you can purchase the tops and bottoms separately.

Are the colours in the online images accurate?

Here at Donswim, we like to keep things clean and simple. We aim to generate images with a clear likeness to the actual garments, so there’s no surprises when you open your delivery at home. Well, only good surprises. Our colour palette online is very close to the colour palette on the garments, however some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor, or on varying internet browsers.


Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once you have clicked ‘Confirm Order’, the processing of your order commences and you cannot make any online changes. You may email us at hello@donswim.com with any questions and we will do our very best to help you. Our system is designed to fill and despatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once you have received your order in the mail, please refer to our Returns Policy Instructions.

What if I change my mind after I have placed or received my order?

To make your shopping experience easier, we do offer exchange, credit note or refund on full price items only in certain situations. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order for all domestic orders and unworn. For all international orders, please email hello@donswim.com to discuss as shipping periods can vary. We do not offer exchange or refund on sale items, please be mindful of this when making your purchase. You can refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If your item is faulty, we do offer exchange, credit note or refund including postage costs. Please email hello@donswim.com to advise us of the faulty item. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for all domestic orders. For all international orders, please email us to discuss as shipping periods can vary. You can refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

In relation to general wear and tear of items that have been worn numerous times, this will be subject to each individual circumstance.

Is it safe to shop with Donswim online?

The item I ordered online just went on sale!

Occasionally items may be discounted. Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee and do not provide partial refunds for items that go on sale after purchase.

I can't add items to my shopping cart?

If you are having trouble adding items to your shopping cart, your web browser probably has “cookies” disabled. What’s a cookie? It’s a small file stored on your computer that keeps track of what you’re doing on your website, i.e. what items you have bought and what you have in your shopping bag. Modify your cookie settings in your web browser to enable online orders.
